    Features of area include Pilrig Church, which hosts some festival fringe events. As well as the small, but rather nice Pilrig Park.

    Formerly a golfing area, the area was later converted into a public park. It is historically linked to the 'Siege of Leith' through Giants Brae. Nowadays, features events like 'Leith Festival' gala day.
